Non-binding initial assessment without warranty. The check only takes account of the information you provide and the situations it covers. It does not replace an individual legal or professional assessment.
1. Purpose of the checks
The checks are provided exclusively for general information and initial guidance on AMLA applicability or the AMLA relevance of a transaction or service.
2. No binding decision
The results do not constitute legal advice, an individual professional review, an assessment by a public authority or a binding determination of AMLA applicability.
3. Basis of the results
The result is based exclusively on the information entered, the questions included in the check and the stated legal position. Circumstances that are not covered or are entered incorrectly may lead to a different result.
4. No warranty
The content is prepared and updated with care. Nevertheless, no warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness, currency or suitability for a particular purpose. The law, official practice and interpretation may change.
5. Limited scope of assessment
The checks do not cover all possible grounds for AMLA applicability, special rules and factual variations. A negative result does not always exclude AMLA applicability or other regulatory obligations.
